Seattle Hip Hop young guns MC EFF is H, Greg Cypher, and BBJ–collectively know as Kung Foo Grip–have generously allowed me to use a couple songs for SYNC. Fish (MC EFF Is H) was a student of mine, and I had the opportunity to see his talent on a daily basis; effortlessly free-styling and flowing, Fish is a rhyming freight train of fury. While I haven’t had the chance to meet Greg and BBJ (heads two and three of the Hip Hop Hydra of Destruction), their talent clearly shines through on Kung Foo Grip’s debut album Make Moves.
